1. Policy Overview
This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed through konvaro.com. GUI ZHOU SHU LING KE JI YOU XIAN GONG SI sells jerseys, sports apparel, hats, polos, and related clothing products. We aim to provide a clear return and refund process for eligible orders.
2. Return Request Period
You may request a return within 30 days after the package is delivered according to the tracking record. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
3. Apparel Return Conditions
Returned jerseys, sportswear, hats, polos, and apparel items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition. Items must be free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear. All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and included parts must be returned together.
4. Custom and Personalized Products
Custom-made or personalized products, including jerseys with custom names, numbers, team details, or personalized designs, are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified quality issue, manufacturing defect, or the item was incorrectly produced due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse returns for final sale items, clearance items, worn or washed apparel, altered products, customer-damaged items, items missing original tags or packaging, unauthorized returns, or items that do not meet the return condition requirements above.
6. Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact us at service@konvaro.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and clear photos if the item has a problem. Please do not send any item back before receiving return authorization and return instructions from our support team.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect size selection, wrong address, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is caused by our error, verified defect, damaged item, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or return shipping support.
8. Original Shipping Fees and Free Shipping
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, verified defect, or an incorrect item. Only United States orders may qualify for free shipping under our Shipping Policy. Free shipping does not mean return shipping is free. For customer-preference returns, any actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted where permitted by law.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at service@konvaro.com. Please include your order number, item photos, packaging photos, shipping label or waybill photo, and a brief description of the issue.
10. Return Inspection
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition before approving a refund. If the item is used, washed, damaged, missing required packaging or tags, or does not match the approved return request, the refund may be refused or reduced where permitted by law.
11. Refund Method, Timing, and Payment Review
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the returned item passes inspection or after a refund is otherwise approved. Your bank, card issuer, Stripe, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. We keep order records, tracking details, delivery confirmation, return authorization, customer communication, photos, and refund records to support fair transaction review.
